Installation Guidelines for Pipe Seal Kit

INSTALLATION

1. Remove all items from the bag.
2. Put on the gloves: goggles are recommended
3. Pour the entire contents of each bottle into the self-seal bag.
4. Knead the bag to mix the contents thoroughly. Once mixed, the liquid will become a milky brown color.
5. Place cotton into the bottom of the bag and allow it to soak up the mixture.
6. Pour 2 ounces of warm or hot water into the bag and knead the bag for approximately 15 seconds. (Do not add more than 2 ounces.)
7. Remove the cotton from the bag and place the cotton approximately four inches back into the pipe.
8. Wait for the Pipe Seal to expand: this step may take a few minutes.

Note: There is enough Pipe Seal to seal a 4-5” inch pipe.

Take extreme caution to avoid getting any liquid on your skin or in your eyes. Read MSDS before using this product.
